# MAJUHAN Privacy Policy

## 1. Information we process

MAJUHAN may process:

- account identifiers, email address, and sign-in provider;
- selected app language, time zone, and learning-plan settings;
- lesson progress, answers, writing attempts, review history, placement results, and learning insights;
- app version, device and operating-system information, security tokens, error records, and network diagnostics;
- purchase and subscription status supplied by Apple or Google, if paid plans are offered.

We do not use Firebase Realtime Database or Firestore as the primary learning database. Operational learning records are stored in the service database, and protected learning assets are delivered through authenticated access.

## 2. Why we process information

We use information to:

- create and secure your account;
- provide lessons, resume interrupted study, score submitted work, and recommend review;
- synchronize progress across supported devices;
- send service and language-specific notifications when enabled;
- restore purchases and manage subscription access;
- prevent abuse, investigate errors, and improve accessibility and reliability;
- meet legal obligations and respond to valid requests.

## 3. Legal bases and consent

Account and learning data are processed to provide the service you request. Optional notifications and similar optional features use your consent where required. You may withdraw optional permissions in the app or device settings without losing core learning access, except where a permission is necessary for the requested feature.

## 4. Sharing and processors

Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate MAJUHAN, including Firebase authentication and app-security services, Apple or Google sign-in and billing, hosting and server infrastructure, and private asset storage. Providers receive only the information needed for their role and are subject to their agreements and applicable law.

We do not sell personal information.

## 5. Retention

Account and learning records are retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, personal learning records are deleted or de-identified unless retention is required for payment records, legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, or prevention of repeated promotional abuse. Temporary technical logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security and reliability.

## 6. International processing

Depending on your location and the infrastructure used, information may be processed in countries other than your own. We apply contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards required by applicable law.

## 7. Your choices and rights

You can review or change app language and notification choices, restore supported purchases, and request account deletion in the app. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection through the in-app support channel.

## 8. Children

MAJUHAN is not directed to children who cannot lawfully consent to online services in their jurisdiction without a parent or guardian. If we learn that such an account was created without required consent, we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

## 9. Security

We use authenticated requests, app integrity checks, access controls, encryption in transit, protected asset delivery, and operational monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security; protect your account credentials and report suspected misuse.

## 10. Changes and contact

Material changes will be announced in the service and renewed consent will be requested when required. Privacy questions and rights requests can be submitted through the support channel provided in MAJUHAN.
